if you’ve had a long tiring day and feel mentally and emotionally exhausted so much so that you feel it physically or if you’re just going through that bout of I- don’t-know-why-but-I-just-feel-so-blah kinda day and feeling low in general, how do you shift from that low energy to raising your vibration? Is that a simple process? Well, It is! And it doesn’t take much. It’s pretty much a to-do list to increasing your frequency and I’m going to list that out for you.

SOLAR ENERGY.

One of the simplest things you can do is to spend time in the sun. The sun has healing energy and is most potent from sunrise until noon. Exactly why SURYANAMASKAR or Sun salutations are imbibed in Yoga.

The sun can heal and give you that warmth you need. You can use its natural energy to raise your vibration. It’s like being hugged by the brightest star in our universe. Go out, spend some time in the morning sun, feel its touch on your skin, get that sunshine and raise your vibe.

Let’s talk Gardening.

Plants are intelligent beings and there is research now to prove it. If you have plants at home, spend time taking care of them. They sense your presence and talking to them helps them grow!

Close your eyes and feel the edges, the softness of their leaves and the warmth of their petals. In stillness they grow. They are full of abundance and you can be too. They are gentle beings but extremely powerful in helping us vibrate higher. After all we live because of their ability to produce oxygen.

So go on, dust their leaves, get them some good organic fertilizer and bond with your plant friends. Taking care of them will lift your spirits up. It will bring you a sense of fulfillment. The result then, of feeling good is actually you increasing your frequency.

If you don’t have a garden or an indoor plant, well, now you have a reason to bring one home.

Medidtate.

Meditation should be taught in schools as a life skill.

It is one of our super powers that is often unrealized, underestimated and understated. It is a powerful tool that pushes you to see reality for what it is which means you learn to cut through the drama that doesn’t serve you in any way and focus on your well being – thus raising your vibration. Meditating everyday even for twenty minutes can set the tone for the rest of your day. There are some excellent videos and music available for meditation. Find a place of peace and quiet, drink some herbal tea, light some sage, close your eyes and go on an adventure. Meditation is the key to many doors waiting for you to open so that you can see and be the best version of yourself.

I am focused on my self growth.

Develop a positive mindset with affirmations, kick the caffeine and embrace affirmations to start your day. You’ll notice how during the day you have a certain charm and confidence about you. What do you wish to be? What do you want? Who do you want to become?

Well, say it as an affirmation of “I am” and notice how you are drawn to everything that’s good for you and vice versa.

Creation.

We are part of it (Obviously, so no points for guessing). Doing something you like and doing more of it and as often as you can boosts your dopamine – fondly called the happy hormone. Cook, play, paint, redesign your space( I know you’ve been thinking of this one). Do what makes you happy creatively to start vibrating higher.

Achievement need not always be related to careers, creating is achieving too.

Self Care.

This is so important especially if you’re used to putting others before you.

Pick a time in the day or in the evening. Setting a reminder really gets you into putting this ritual into action. Self care does not always have to be a skin care routine and spa days. It can be inward looking too. Self care could be taking the time to read, speaking to your parents or sibling, dance or play an instrument or even finally making that salad recipe you’ve pinned on your Pinterest board. Go for a stroll and if you do have a skin care routine on the list then get that Vita-C serum and give your skin some love.

When you care enough about yourself, you vibrate to that frequency and your aura begins to shine.

Manifestation.

Law of magnetism, one of the most easiest laws to understand (yet easily ignored). You want something? You attract it! How? By practicing all of the above 🙂 because now you’re vibrating higher and the universe responds to you. The Universe is your Genie in the magic lamp! Your wish is its command.
